Ingrid not expected to strengthen at this time

Tropical storm Ingrid is currently located about 575 miles to the east of the Leeward Islands and is moving to the west-northwest at 10 mph. Weather conditions are currently preventing it from strengthening and it currently forecasted path will take it into slightly cooler waters which will also lead to weakening if it continues in that direction.
